Formed in 1962, Avonvale MFC has an enthusiastic membership of about 100. Situated at Long Marston airfield near Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, the flying site is on the perimeter track of a former wartime airfield. The club has invested several thousand pounds in re-surfacing the tarmac airstrip making the site ideal for all types of models.

The club caters for all types of model flying. New members are welcome and there are experienced modellers who will be pleased to help get your first model airborne safely, and down again in one piece.

The club is affiliated to the B.M.F.A and operates within their code of practice.  B.M.F.A. comprehensive insurance cover is included with membership and special low rates apply for junior members.
